How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by scope: a logo design takes 1–2 weeks, a Mini VI package 2–3 weeks, a full brand identity 8–12 weeks, and website development 6–12 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
Do you work with clients outside China?
Yes. We work with Chinese companies going global and international companies that need brand design and production support in China. We communicate in English and Chinese.
What is Mini VI?
Mini VI is our modular branding approach — "Start Small, Grow Strong." Instead of committing to a full rebrand upfront, you build your brand in focused phases, starting with the most urgent needs and expanding as your business grows. Think Mini Cooper: small, smart, and surprisingly capable.
Can you handle production as well as design?
Yes. Being based in Shenzhen gives us direct access to manufacturing resources. We manage the transition from design to production, ensuring your packaging and materials are produced to spec — on time and on budget.
What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver all standard formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, SVG for logos and print; PSD, JPG for web assets; and source files for website projects. Everything is organized and documented for easy handoff.
What if I don't like the initial design options?
We present multiple creative directions at the concept stage and include refinement rounds in every project. If the initial concepts aren't hitting the mark, we discuss why and adjust direction. Our process is collaborative — we don't move forward until you're confident.
Do you design logos from scratch?
Yes. Every logo we deliver is original and designed from scratch based on your brand strategy. No templates, no clip art, no shortcuts.
Can I use a photo in my logo design?
We generally recommend against photographic elements in logos — they don't scale well and create reproduction problems across media. But if it fits your brand strategy, we'll discuss the best approach together.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Alipay. For larger projects, we typically work with a 50% deposit and 50% upon completion. Specific terms are outlined in the project agreement.
